ADR Academy is now enrolling learners in its New EEO Investigator Certificate Program — MD-110 (32 Hours).
The program combines 32 hours of interactive federal-sector EEO investigator instruction with a facilitated learner cohort, weekly instructor office hours, applied work products, the Ellis Case AI Simulation Lab, instructor feedback, targeted remediation, and verified certificate completion.
The complete learning pathway
- Eight sequenced self-paced modules aligned with EEOC MD-110, Chapter 6, and 29 C.F.R. Part 1614;
- investigative planning, interviewing, affidavits, evidence analysis, Appendix J, and record-of-investigation practice;
- a facilitated cohort for announcements, source-verification questions, peer discussion using fictional facts, coaching, and mentorship;
- Tuesday office hours from 1:00–2:00 p.m. ET;
- the Ellis Case EEO Investigator AI Simulation Lab; and
- instructor review, feedback, remediation, and simulation retry when needed.
Tuition: $1,000 for 60 days of course access.
